Spoils Policy
Epicurean Foods reserves the right to bill back to the vendor any items that were received with less shelf life than was stipulated in the new itemset up form required for all items.

Liability Insurance
We require vendors to carry product liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000. An original certificate of insurance naming Epicurean Foods as "additional insured" must be submitted with this form.

Right of Offset
Epicurean Foods may offset any amounts due from the vendor against amounts owed to the vendor.

Guarantee
Guaranteed sales will be negotiated for new vendors or new items as to establish product in the marketplace. This agreement must be set in writing and will be enforced at the end of the agreed upon time period.
